7Bit Casino: Other Disputes

One case on file, from July 2026. A player from New Zealand says they won NZ$26,000 at 7Bit, passed a hard verification, then had about 16 bank and card withdrawals bounced with a message that the account details were wrong.

They say the details matched their statement. Worn down, they gambled the balance away and asked Casino.guru to hold 7Bit responsible.

Casino.guru doesn't seek refunds of money that was bet and lost, so it rejected the case.

• Stop playing and leave the balance where it is if payouts keep failing.
• Open the complaint while the money is still in the account.
• Ask support in writing which detail you need to change.
