One case on file, from June 2026. A player from Brazil says Bets.io took 3,505 USDT after they had finished wagering a bonus, citing a maximum bet rule they say they only learned about when they tried to withdraw.
They argue the site accepted every bet with no warning. The player couldn't see past the last 50 bets in their history, and stopped answering when the mediator asked about bet sizes.
