Bitguruz: Confiscated Winnings

One case on file, from July 2026. A player says Bitguruz cancelled two €500 Skrill withdrawals because its KYC team needed more information.

They sent ID, bank records, an address document, a work contract and papers on where their money came from, and each time a new request followed. Bitguruz then said its terms bar the player from its service, and the mediator agreed.

Nothing was paid.

• Check the terms for groups barred from playing, such as staff, contractors and their family, before you deposit.
• Ask the casino early whether anything in its terms stops you from playing, and keep the answer.
