Playbet.io: Game Fairness

One case on file, from May 2026. A player from Ireland says Playbet.io held a 0.4 BTC withdrawal for six weeks over a game glitch, then cancelled it.

The mediator said several Amatic slots did malfunction on 17 and 18 April 2026, as the provider confirmed, so winnings from them were invalid. The player had also played other games and asked for a round-by-round breakdown.

Playbet.io never replied to the mediator.

• Ask for a round-by-round game history, so faulty rounds can be told apart from the rest.
• Stop playing with winnings from a game you think is faulty, since later play funded by them can count as affected.
