Wild.io: Deposit Issues

One case on file, from August 2026. A player from Germany returned to a Wild.io account from 2024, deposited 200 USDC and took a bonus, bringing the balance to about $399.

Germany wasn't on the profile's country list, and the email confirmation link didn't work. After emailing support, the player found the account restricted with no warning.

They asked only for the 200 USDC deposit back and marked the case settled three days later; the thread doesn't say how Wild.io responded.

• Check that your country is on the casino's list before you deposit.
• Ask for just the deposit back if the account is restricted over your country.
