Winna: Bet Settlement

One case on file, from May 2026. A player from Quebec says Winna closed their Gold VIP account and kept about 700 USDT after a run of sports bets.

One 300 USDT withdrawal was paid, but two more were declined without the money coming back, and support said management closed the account with no reason given. The mediator closed the case because sports betting is outside what Casino.guru judges.

• Take a sportsbook closure to a sports-focused complaint service or the licensing authority.
• Ask support in writing why a withdrawal was declined, and check the money went back to your balance.
