Winna: Geo & VPN Disputes

One case on file, from September 2026. A player from the United States says support told them to use a VPN to get around Winna's US block, and that they got VIP bonuses after asking for a hard self-exclusion.

When they asked for $20,604 in net losses back, the account was locked. The mediator asked for the self-exclusion request; the player said it was in a VIP Telegram group whose logs Winna wouldn't release, and the case was rejected.

• Check whether the casino accepts players from your country before you deposit, and don't use a VPN even if support suggests it.
• Keep your own copy of every request you make, outside VIP chat groups.
