Winna: KYC & Verification

One case on file, from October 2026. A player from Italy says Winna has turned down their documents six or seven times in over a week without saying what is wrong.

They sent ID, a selfie, a bank statement and proof that they own the account and the virtual card used to deposit, and €990 is stuck. Winna's latest request seems to be a statement that shows the card number.

The player is waiting for the mediator to ask Winna which document it wants.
