Winz.io: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from October 2023. A new player says Winz.io disabled their account right after they used a no-wagering free-spins offer for first-time players.

Support asked for KYC documents, which the player sent, then said the bonus had been abused, without saying how. The mediator found no solid evidence for the claim, and the page shows no sign the account was reopened.

• Keep a copy of the offer's terms on the day you claim it.
• Ask the casino in writing which rule you broke.
• Take the case to a regulator or an outside dispute service (ADR) if the mediator can't settle it.
