7Bit Casino: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from March 2023.

A player says 7Bit cut their balance twice under one welcome bonus: first to 3 mBTC when the wagering was done, then by about 33.5 mBTC, roughly $600, when they asked to withdraw 40 mBTC after about six more hours of play.

7Bit said the second cut came from a separate cashout limit on bonus winnings. The mediator ruled the double cap unfair, but 7Bit didn't pay.

• Check whether a bonus has both a maximum win and a maximum cashout before you take it.
• Ask support in writing how each limit applies to free-spin winnings.
