BC.Game: Bet Settlement

One case on file about sports betting. A player from Russia says they won a little, then got stuck at verification when their bank statement was turned down and the site wouldn't take a new one.

BC.Game said the account had hit its limit of failed attempts and pointed to arbitrage betting. The mediator accepted the casino's private evidence and said sports betting is outside its remit.
