Betpanda: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from a player in Hungary. They say Betpanda held about 94,600 HUF in cashback and wouldn't close their account until it was released, which they saw as a breach of responsible gambling.

The player says live chat gave contradictory answers and cut conversations short. The mediator explained that their closure requests didn't count as self-exclusion, and the player stopped replying before sending the suggested email.
