Crypto Casino Complaints / Betpanda
33 cases on file · $32,000 in dispute
We have 33 cases on file for Betpanda, from Casino.guru and AskGamblers, opened between 2023 and October 2026. One was filed on both sites.
In most, a player wins, asks to withdraw or passes KYC, and Betpanda blocks the account. Players say the reason given was a terms breach it didn't name, its anti-fraud rule or a flag from its sportsbook provider. In five cases, it let the player take out only their last deposit and kept the rest. The largest claim is $524,974.85 won on live roulette.
In most of the cases that ended unresolved, the page shows no reply from Betpanda. In one, the mediator found Betpanda had not backed its claim, and it still kept about $4,000. In two others, the mediator noted there was no regulator to turn to.
Three players say an account they had asked to close stayed open or was reopened, and they lost more money. On the other side, four cases were marked resolved within days: two held payouts and two refunds of crypto deposits that never reached the balance.
In short: the cases on file show Betpanda blocking accounts after wins, with the reason rarely spelled out on the page.
