Betplay.io: Bet Settlement

One case on file, from June 2026. A player from Brazil says Betplay.io blocked their account for multi-accounting over a shared household IP as soon as they tried to withdraw winnings from two football bets, and wouldn't return even the $50 deposit.

The player confirmed their brother has an account there and that they sometimes share a laptop and Wi-Fi. The mediator said a shared device made the multi-account call reasonable.

• Use your own device and connection from day one if a relative plays at the same casino.
• Read the casino's rules on multiple accounts before you share a home network with another player.
