Betplay.io: Deposit Issues

One case on file, from September 2026. A player from Germany says they sent 0.01311 of a wrapped bitcoin token, worth about €1,400, to the Solana deposit address Betplay.io showed for their account in October 2025.

They say support first called the transfer too old to matter, then denied the address was the casino's, then sent them to their wallet provider. The mediator didn't approach Betplay.io, given its record of ignoring Casino.guru.

• Check that the casino lists the exact coin for a deposit address before you send a token you haven't used there before.
• Keep the transaction record and a screenshot of the deposit address shown in your account.
