What Happened
A player from Germany says they swapped USDC into a wrapped bitcoin token and sent 0.01311 of it, in one on-chain transaction from their own wallet, to the Solana deposit address Betplay.io showed for their account in October 2025. According to the player, support first said the transfer was too old to matter, then denied the address belonged to the casino at all, and finally sent them to their wallet provider. They asked for the value to be credited or the coins returned.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened. The mediator asked for the deposit date, whether the account was verified and whether this method had worked before.
- A month later the player answered: sent in mid-October 2025, and earlier Solana deposits to that address had always arrived, though not in this token.
- The mediator closed the case as unresolved without contacting the casino, because Betplay.io has more than ten complaints closed for ignoring Casino.guru and is not expected to answer.
Unresolved
The mediator did not even approach Betplay.io, which has a long record of ignoring Casino.guru; the player says the deposit was never credited.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing: this casino is treated as one that never answers the mediator, so the complaint only counts against its rating. Before sending a token you have never deposited before, check that the casino lists that exact coin for the address; the player had only sent other Solana coins there.
