Betplay.io: Game Fairness

One case on file, from March 2026. A player from New York says nine spins on the slot Lucky Charms Trio went through at 1.129 SOL, about $100 each, instead of their usual 0.045 SOL, about $4.

Betplay.io told them they had pressed Max Bet. The player says the spins were one to two seconds apart, too fast to change the stake each time, and that the amount doesn't match a normal max bet.

Betplay.io never answered the mediator about the $895.

• Screenshot or record your bet size and balance as soon as a stake looks wrong.
• Ask the casino in writing for the spin history with timestamps, and keep its reply.
