What Happened
A player from New York says that during one session of the slot Lucky Charms Trio at Betplay.io, nine spins went through at 1.129 SOL, about $100 each, instead of their usual 0.045 SOL, about $4. According to the player, the casino said they had pressed Max Bet. The player says the spins were one to two seconds apart, too fast for a human to change the stake each time, and that the odd amount does not match a normal max bet. Betplay.io never answered Casino.guru.
How It Developed
- 2026-03-19The mediator noted that the server result always counts over what the screen shows, and asked whether it happened once and whether the bets appear in the game history. The player said once, and yes.
- 2026-03-22The player asked that the casino be made to provide button-press logs and the screen state for each spin.
- 2026-03-27The case went to a resolver, who warned that this casino had ignored Casino.guru before.
- 2026-04-09The casino was given seven more days.
- 2026-04-17With no reply, the case was closed as unresolved. The mediator said the casino has no valid licence and no dispute body.
Unresolved
Betplay.io never answered the mediator about $895 in disputed spins; it has no licence to escalate to.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing. The casino never engaged, and with no licence there is no regulator. The player's own evidence, a casino email they say confirms the very short interval between spins, was never tested.
