Betplay.io: Geo & VPN Disputes

One case on file, from December 2025. A player from Norway says they registered at Betplay.io, deposited 1,270 XRP through a VPN and won about $17,000 in a slot bonus round the same day.

When they asked to withdraw, the account was blocked, and live chat said it was closed for good for multi-accounting, with no appeal. No KYC was ever asked for.

Betplay.io never answered the mediator.

• Don't use a VPN at a casino that forbids it — it gives the casino an easy reason to link accounts.
• Expect a big win on your first day to be checked hard, and have your ID ready.
