Bets.io: Deposit Issues

One case on file, from August 2026. A player from the Philippines says they sent 80 USDT to Bets.io over the TON network using exactly what the deposit page showed, with no memo or tag on display.

Bets.io then said the transfer couldn't be credited without the memo, and hinted the sum might be too small to recover. The player stopped answering before sending the screenshots and support chat the mediator asked for.

• Ask support for the memo or tag before you send a TON deposit if the page shows none.
• Send the mediator the transaction hash, a deposit-page screenshot and the support chat straight away.
