What Happened
A player from the Philippines says they sent 80 USDT to Bets.io over the TON network using exactly what the deposit page showed, and that the page never displayed any memo or tag. According to the player, Bets.io then said the transfer could not be credited because the memo was missing, and hinted the sum might be too small to recover. The player asked why a required field was never shown and whether the casino could match the transaction by hand.
How It Developed
- 2026-08-18Complaint opened, about three days after the deposit, with screenshots of the deposit page offered as proof.
- 2026-08-19The mediator asked whether this was a first deposit, whether the player had noticed the missing memo beforehand, and for the support conversation.
- 2026-08-26No answer, so the deadline was extended by a week.
- 2026-09-02The complaint was closed because the player stopped responding. It can be reopened.
Abandoned
The player stopped responding before sending the screenshots and support messages the mediator asked for.
What Helped
Nothing was tested. TON deposits to exchanges and casinos usually need a memo; if the page shows none, ask support before sending. If the money is already gone, send the mediator the transaction hash, the deposit-page screenshot and the support chat straight away.
