Bitguruz: Bonus Disputes

Two cases on file about Bitguruz bonuses. A player from Belgium says about €2,250 grew from a weekly cashback they had already wagered three times over.

Bitguruz closed the account, and the game logs showed the wagering wasn't finished, so the mediator sided with the casino.

In the other, a player says a $2 reload bonus grew to about $180 and was paid, but a later withdrawal was held for a two-day provider check. They played the balance on and lost it, then stopped answering the mediator.
