Withdrawal Issues: $169 at Bitguruz

What Happened

A player from Germany says a $2 reload bonus at Bitguruz turned into about $180, which they could only withdraw after depositing $25; they put in about $39 and the $180 was paid after roughly an hour of checks. When they then tried to withdraw the $39, they say they were told they had been picked for a two-day routine provider check. They played the $39 instead, won about $170, could not withdraw that either, and eventually gambled it away. They see the delay as a tactic. The casino's one post is private.

How It Developed

  • 2026-08-10Complaint opened in German. The mediator gave the standard advice to wait fourteen days before escalating a payout.
  • 2026-08-22A casino representative posted privately.
  • 2026-08-23The mediator asked whether the money had arrived; a week later the timer was extended.
  • 2026-09-06No reply from the player, so the complaint was closed. It can be reopened.
Abandoned

The player stopped responding; by their own account the roughly $170 was lost during the two-day hold before the complaint was filed.

What Helped

Nothing was decided, and by the player's own account the disputed balance had already been played off before the complaint went up, which leaves little to recover. If a cashout is put on a short hold, do not keep playing the balance; wait out the hold and withdraw it when it lifts.
