Bitguruz: Game Fairness

Two cases on file where players say a Bitguruz slot paid less than the screen showed. In one, a player says five scatters landed on a Hacksaw slot but the game paid the four-scatter feature.

They had round IDs but no screenshot, so the mediator had no evidence to put to Bitguruz. In the other, a player says three diamonds showed a $5,000 jackpot.

The mediator explained that the game server's result counts over the screen, and the player later marked the case resolved after a private update. The page doesn't show whether the $5,000 was paid.
