Bitkingz: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from December 2022. A Brazilian player says Bitkingz cancelled a withdrawal of about 1,300 BRL in bonus winnings and left only the deposit.

Bitkingz sent bet records showing two bets over the 30 BRL bonus limit; the player says they had finished wagering before those bets.

The mediator agreed the limit was broken, but judged it an accident that gave no advantage and called the voiding too harsh. Bitkingz refused any compromise.

• Set your bet below the bonus cap before you start, and never raise it while a bonus is active.
• Ask for your game history in writing as soon as a withdrawal is cancelled.
