In three cases, Bitkingz kept money after the mediator called its decision unfair: about 1,300 BRL in bonus winnings over two bets above the bonus limit, about 30,000 NOK over a forgotten account from 2020, and a $19 Litecoin deposit that landed just under the minimum. In the first two, the mediator agreed a rule was broken but found the penalty too harsh.
