Bitkingz: Self-Exclusion Failures

The one case on file ended in the player's favour.

One case on file, from July 2026. A German player says a 200 USDC deposit never showed up, and Bitkingz then blocked the account, saying they had asked for self-exclusion.

The player denied it. The mediator said an email the player forwarded appeared to show a permanent self-exclusion request, confirmed less than an hour after the deposit.

It quoted the casino's rule that money arriving around a self-exclusion can still be withdrawn. Bitkingz said it refunded the crypto, and the player marked the case resolved before confirming it arrived.
