What Happened

A player from Germany asked Casino.guru to make FortuneJack lock their account for life. They said they had lost several thousand USDT, had asked more than once for a permanent ban, had even received email confirmation, and yet could still unlock the account themselves and keep losing. The player accused the casino of being dishonest; the casino did not post in the thread.

How It Developed

  • 2026-05-28The mediator explained the difference between closing an account, which can be undone, and self-exclusion, which cannot, and asked for the closure requests and the casino's replies.
  • 2026-06-01The player reported that the account was now blocked and thanked the team.
  • 2026-06-05The mediator marked the complaint resolved.
Resolved

The player reported within a week that the account was now blocked, as they had asked.

What Helped

Filing the complaint. Within days of it going public the player reported the account was locked. If you ask for self-exclusion, use that word and say why, rather than just closing the account; a plain closure can be reopened.
