FortuneJack: Self-Exclusion Failures

A player from Germany says they asked FortuneJack more than once to ban them for life and even got an email confirming it, yet could still unlock the account themselves and kept losing several thousand USDT. FortuneJack didn't post on the page.

Within a week of the complaint going public, the player said the account was now blocked, as they had asked.

• Use the word self-exclusion and say why when you ask, rather than just closing the account.
• File a complaint if you can still unlock an account after asking to be excluded.
