The player says it was presented as covering casino and sports play, yet none of their roughly $9,500 in sports bets counted toward its biggest reward, the Cash Vault. It came to about $52 on about $11,300 wagered.

They say support first told them all activity counted. Cloudbet said the reward was worked out correctly under the published terms but didn't show how, and the mediator asked it for the calculation and the terms in force at the time.
