Crypto Casino Complaints / Cloudbet
21 cases on file · $0 in dispute
We have 21 cases on file for Cloudbet, 18 from AskGamblers and 3 from Casino.guru, filed between 2020 and October 2026.
The newer cases share a pattern. In 9 filed since late 2025, players say Cloudbet locked their account for a review, often a "betting integrity review" it said could last up to six months, with little news in between. In three, the account was reopened or the money paid while the complaint was open. In three, the mediator sided with Cloudbet after seeing evidence of linked accounts it sent privately.
Six older cases, from 2020 to 2022, are crypto withdrawals frozen during ID checks, from 0.92 BTC to 360 ETH. In three, Cloudbet said it found more than one account or another breach of its terms, which the players deny; none of the six shows a payout. Cloudbet answered the mediator in most cases, but not in four.
In one open case, a player says a permanent self-exclusion Cloudbet confirmed in 2025 failed, and they lost about 0.70 ETH.
The short version: Cloudbet usually talks to mediators, but its account reviews can run for months, and its evidence of linked accounts went to the mediator, not the player.
