Coins.Game: Self-Exclusion Failures

One case on file, from December 2025. A player from Germany told live chat they were addicted and wanted the account closed for good.

Support pointed to a self-exclusion tool that locked the account for 24 hours, then let them deposit again, over and over, for about a month.

The mediator found that loop inadequate for a declared addict and backed a refund of deposits from 48 hours after the request. Coins.Game declined to pay the roughly €1,542.

• Email the casino with "permanent self-exclusion" in the subject line, and keep a copy.
• Ask for the deposits you made after your request back, and bring in a mediator if that's refused.
• Install a blocking app, as the mediator suggested.
