Crypto Casino Complaints / Coins.Game
14 cases on file · $1,005 in dispute
We have 14 cases on file for Coins.Game, from Casino.guru and AskGamblers, opened from December 2025 to October 2026. Nine involve an account blocked with money inside.
The usual story: a player asks to withdraw, goes through verification, and then the account is blocked or the balance kept. Players say Coins.Game cited fraud, collusion, multiple accounts or a VPN, often without saying what they had done. In four cases, they say it gave different reasons at different times.
In three cases, the mediator found Coins.Game's reasons unfair or unconvincing: C$222,000, €1,000 and $594. In two more, about €2,906 and €300, it stopped answering or never replied. Nothing on those pages shows any of the money paid.
Verification delays come up too, with 48-hour promises stretched to 15 working days and more. In the one case that ended in the player's favour, Coins.Game let a player withdraw €1,300 soon after the complaint.
In short: in these cases, a mediator siding with the player didn't get a blocked balance released.
