FortuneJack: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from June 2026. A player from India says they deposited $100 at FortuneJack for a promo with a free $20 bet chip, and turned it and some free spins into about 147 USDT on roulette.

Hours after a verification request, the account was locked; an email said the funds were kept because many players from their region had done the same.

The player later said the $102 deposit came back but about $47 of bonus winnings was kept. They then stopped answering.

• Ask the casino in writing which rule it used to void promo winnings.
• Send that reply and the promo terms to the mediator.
