FortuneJack: Game Fairness

One case on file, from 2019. A player says their own analysis of 2,000 dice rolls at FortuneJack showed lower win chances on bigger bets: about 55.6% at the largest stake against about 65% overall.

The casino gave them only their latest 2,000 rolls, and they asked for their full betting history so the claim could be tested. FortuneJack couldn't provide a full game log.

The mediator sent the player to the regulator, and the claim was never tested either way.

• Save your bet IDs, seeds and results as you play a provably fair game.
• Ask early for your full game logs — the casino may delete detailed logs after a few months.
• Take a fairness claim to the casino's regulator if the logs needed to test it are gone.
