What Happened
A player says their own analysis of 2,000 dice rolls at FortuneJack showed lower win chances on bigger bets, about 55.6% at the largest stake against about 65% overall. The player says the casino gave them only their latest 2,000 rolls and would not share more. The player asked for the full betting history so the claim could be tested properly.
How It Developed
- Complaint opened after an earlier one was found to have too little data. The player sent a breakdown of win rates by bet size.
- The mediator edited part of a casino message for being written in capital letters and reminded the casino of the rules. The casino apologised.
- The casino said it keeps full logs for only three months, while the player wanted older ones. It said the history it shared proves the dice game is provably fair, asked for an expert review and offered a video call.
- After a couple of weeks of talks, the mediator marked the case unresolved, since the casino had no full log for a session only a few months old. It pointed the player to the regulator.
Unresolved
The casino could not provide a full game log, and the mediator sent the player to the regulator. The fairness claim was never tested.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing settled it: without complete logs, no one could test the claim. If you doubt a provably fair game, save your bet IDs, seeds and results as you play, because the casino may delete detailed logs after a few months.
