FortuneJack: KYC & Verification

Two cases on file where FortuneJack's checks held up a payout. A player from Germany missed a verification email after a withdrawal request.

FortuneJack says it emailed three times, waited a month, then closed the account with about €555 inside. It says it unlocked the account twice, but the player last said the login still failed.

A player from Japan says FortuneJack made a video call a condition of paying about 5,224 USDT, and two calls fell through over a late link, friends in the room and a switch from Teams to Google Meet.

Both players stopped answering the mediator.

• Confirm the date, time and app for a video call in one email, and keep that confirmation.
• Send the mediator the emails it asks for, so it can check who agreed to what.
