Housebets: Bonus Disputes

One case on file, from October 2026. A player says they made two small SOL deposits for a Housebets promotion, but the last claim step kept showing an error that the bonus couldn't load.

Support agreed the error was real, the player says, but never added the bonus by hand before the 8 October deadline. The bonus was worth $15, and Housebets hasn't replied on the page.

• Screenshot a failing promo button with the time showing.
• Ask support in writing to add the bonus by hand before the deadline.
