At the last claim step, the site kept showing an error saying the bonus could not load. The player says support agreed the error was real but never added the bonus by hand before the 8 October deadline.
How It Developed
- 2026-10-06First qualifying deposit. A second followed on 7 October.
- 2026-10-08The claim deadline passed while the error kept appearing, the player says, despite several chats with support.
- Complaint opened. The player asked Housebets to add the bonus by hand and said other users hit the same error.
- The mediator asked Housebets for an update and warned that silence would close the case as unresolved and lower its rating. No reply from Housebets appears.

AskGamblers lists it as unresolved, and Housebets has not replied on the page. Nothing shows the $15 bonus was added.
What Has (and Hasn't) Helped
Nothing yet. The player kept deposit records, screenshots of the error and full chat logs. If a promo button fails before a deadline, screenshot it with the time showing and ask support in writing to add the bonus by hand.
