KatsuBet: Confiscated Winnings

One case on file, from September 2026. A player from Mexico says KatsuBet refused a €50 withdrawal after asking for checks about eight times, and took €46 of the balance, leaving €4.

The mediator asked whether a bonus was involved, which games were played, and for a screenshot of the casino's reason for taking the money. The player dropped the complaint instead, so the deduction was never put to KatsuBet.
