KatsuBet: KYC & Verification

One case on file, from September 2026. A player from Mexico says KatsuBet approved their documents but sent a €50 withdrawal back for more checks about eight times.

It then asked for a selfie holding their ID and a handwritten note on a full, untorn sheet of lined paper, with elbow, shoulder and hand in view.

The mediator noted the selfie was turned down because the whole sheet and arm weren't in the frame. The player says the withdrawal was then refused and €46 taken, and dropped the complaint before KatsuBet was asked.
