One case on file, from September 2026. A player from Mexico says KatsuBet sent a €50 withdrawal back for more checks about eight times, though their documents were approved, then asked for a detailed selfie with a handwritten note.
A few days into the complaint, the player says, the withdrawal was refused and €46 taken, leaving €4. The player dropped the complaint before answering the mediator's questions, so KatsuBet was never asked for its side.
