Metaspins: KYC & Verification

One case on file about Metaspins' identity checks. A Norwegian player was given 48 hours to pass KYC and missed it while travelling, with the emails landing in spam.

The account was shut and the balance held. They then completed ID, address and a face scan, but were told the closure stood.

After the mediator asked about the short deadline, Metaspins restored the account and balance within a week and let the player redo KYC.
