MetaWin: Deposit Issues

One case on file, from March 2026. A player says four ETH payments and one 75 USDC payment at MetaWin, about $380 in all, went through, but the SC coins that should have come with them were missing or only partly added.

The GC coins arrived each time. MetaWin told the player on 11 March 2026 that they had switched SC off before buying and back on after.

It didn't reply on the page.

• Check every setting on the store page, all the way down, and screenshot it before you buy.
• Report a missing credit right away with a list of the payments.
