What Happened
A player says several crypto purchases at MetaWin went through, but the SC coins that should have come with them were missing or only partly added. The GC coins arrived each time. Four ETH payments and one 75 USDC payment, worth about $380 in all, were affected. On 11 March 2026 the casino said the player had switched SC off before buying and back on afterwards.
How It Developed
- 2026-02-07The player asked support about SC missing from earlier purchases and got no answer.
- 2026-03-05A 75 USDC purchase also arrived without SC. Support confirmed the payment and passed it on.
- 2026-03-11MetaWin's final answer: the player had turned SC off before the purchase.
- Complaint opened. The player says the SC switch sits at the bottom of the store page, which they never saw, and that the ETH deposit screen has no such switch. They asked for the SC, or else their ETH and the 75 USDC back.
- The mediator asked MetaWin for an update and warned that silence would close the case as unresolved and lower its rating. No reply from MetaWin appears.

MetaWin did not reply on the page. Its only stated position is that the player had switched SC off.

Nothing yet: MetaWin did not answer the mediator. Before you buy, check every setting on the store page, all the way to the bottom, and take a screenshot. Report a missing credit right away with a list of the payments, as this player did.
