Mirax Casino: Withdrawal Issues

One case on file, from September 2026. A player from Ireland says a first withdrawal of €900 from Mirax Casino went weeks without arriving, though the account was verified and no bonus was used.

They say support said the money was on its way, asked for more documents the next day, then told them to check with their bank, which had no record of it.

Mirax would not say when or how much had been sent, the player says. The player stopped replying before sending the mediator the casino's messages.

• Ask the casino in writing for the date, amount and reference of a transfer it says it sent.
• Send the mediator a screenshot of the withdrawal and the casino's messages when asked.
