Two cases on file where MyStake removed winnings over a bonus cap. A UK player says £2,000 of a £2,500 Ether payout was taken as excessive winnings from a weekend reload bonus, though the same bonus had paid £6,000 two weeks earlier.
In the other, the player says no bonus was active. MyStake said a €22 reload bonus was, that its rules cap winnings at ten times the bonus, and that it paid €1,000 anyway as an exception.
The mediator found MyStake within its terms.
