Crypto Casino Complaints / MyStake
27 cases on file · $240 in dispute
We have 27 cases on file for MyStake, opened from April to October 2026: 25 from Casino.guru and 2 from AskGamblers. In nearly half of them, the player stopped answering the mediator before MyStake's side was tested.
Big payouts often met a review or a limit. In three cases, MyStake held a withdrawal under an investigation with no reason or end date given, players say. Money did come out in some cases, but in pieces: about €17,000 under a monthly limit, and a $230,000 sports balance that MyStake says can be withdrawn at up to $15,000 a month.
In four cases, players say MyStake closed the account citing sections 9 and 10 of its terms without saying what they did wrong. When MyStake did share evidence, the mediator sided with it: it said an £80,000 slot win came from deliberately using a game flaw, and that someone else was filming a player's verification video.
Three players say bank payouts were marked as sent but never arrived, and that MyStake would not start a trace.
In short: MyStake usually answers the mediator once asked, but players describe long reviews, payout caps and terms-breach closures with few details given.
