MyStake: Game Fairness

One case on file, from August 2026. A UK player says MyStake froze their account the day after an £80,000 maximum win on a slot, then removed £86,016, including about £6,000 of their own money, citing a game glitch.

After reviewing gameplay and technical data MyStake sent privately, the mediator said the game had a flaw that was deliberately used, and rejected the complaint. MyStake named CADRE as its dispute body.

The player's own £6,000 was not answered separately.
