One case on file, from August 2026. A player from France asked Casino.guru to match 137 bank transactions, about €4,004, against MyStake's records and check whether the casino failed to protect them from gambling harm.

The mediator said it can't run general audits. It found no proof the casino was told of a problem before the player raised it, and noted the player had admitted using more than one account.

• Tell the casino in writing about a gambling problem as soon as it starts, and keep the message.
• Ask the casino for a specific refund backed by dates, not a general audit of your history.
